What creates health is a summit hosted by NYC Department of Health’s Center for Health Equity (CHE). The summit was a cultural celebration featuring community groups, activist, and artists, as well as educating the public about health. We created a flexible branding system of ever-changing compositions along with organic patterns to represent the dynamic conversations.
